The item available here is a used Continental Hydraulics hydraulic directional control valve that appears to be in good condition. The pilot valve spool shifts manually with minimal effort. It is a little dirty on the outside. Please note that the flow tag on the valve does not match the valve model itself.

It was converted and the flow tag was not updated. In this case the P port is blocked and A&B ports go to tank. 3500psi: P, A, B ports. P port is blocked and A&B ports to tank.
