Vickers Eaton DG5S-8-6C-M-FW-B5-30 02-126436 Hydraulic Directional Valve. Appears to be unused but is a little dirty and scratched up from storage. There is a "U" stamped in the part number between M and FW. The valve is missing 2 O-Rings. What you see in the photos is exactly what you will receive.
