Commercial Parker 10208LBH00EA Hydraulic Directional Control Valve 678331 PM4. I believe these are made by PARKER HANNFIN.. From what i see, they are very extreme duty pieces. Ea one weighs 18 lbs.

I have no idea what exactly these are. The numbers are correct, and they are rebuilt for sure.

I think these came from a steam turbine plant that closed. And have been in my warehouse a few years. Many more in someone spare parts area. I have 7 of these. If I can provide more info, please ask.
